Sociocultural Theory and Second Language Learning Working Group
The Sociocultural Theory and Second Language Learning Working Group is comprised of scholars from all over the world who share a common interest in sociocultural theory and language learning. Once a year we come together to discuss our understandings of Vygotsky's works and their applications to second language learning. This working group differs from traditional conferences in that the presentation of completed work is discouraged. Instead we present our works in progress and expect to receive feedback from our peers. Spanish MAT @ Rutgers Camden
The Master of Arts in Teaching is a graduate degree intended primarily for people who want to be teachers in the K-12 system or perhaps in two-year colleges; it is different from a traditional MA in that it focuses on providing training that will be of practical use to K-12 teachers. This program is especially designed for teachers of Spanish working in the unique, bilingual conditions of the South Jersey area. |
